Preparation and Service
1. Begin by taking corn oil, egg white, chopped garlic, lemon juice, salt, and vinegar. Put these ingredients in a blender to create the garlic sauce.
2. Next, dice the chicken breast and marinate it with Arabic chili paste and salt. Once well-marinated, add the garlic sauce and let it sit for some time.
3. After marinating the chicken, thread it onto skewers and over barbecue coals. Once cooked, set it aside.
4. Prepare a dough using refined flour, milk, sugar, salt, and corn oil.
5. Once the dough is ready, portion it into medium-sized round balls. Roll out thin round bread (romali roti) from each of these dough balls and cook them on a hot plate.
6. Once the thin bread (romali roti) is cooked, spread some garlic sauce on it, place the shish tawook on top, wrap it, and heat it on the hot plate.
7. Prepare a mint chutney by blending fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves, salt, lemon juice, and chaat masala.
8. Serve the shish tawook sandwich with the mint chutney on the side. Enjoy your flavorful meal!
