Preparation and Service
1. Begin by heating a pot with a touch of corn oil. Once heated, add cinnamon stick, green cardamom, and whole black pepper. Sauté chicken for a few minutes, then add soaked split Bengal gram.
2. Next, add all the spices and cook until well combined. Then, pour in a small amount of water and cover the pot, allowing it to cook thoroughly.
3. As the mixture thickens to a dough-like consistency, continue sautéing until achieved.
4. Shape the chicken mixture into patties and deep fry them until golden brown.
5. Prepare the burger bun by slicing it in half and lightly spreading butter on each side. Warm the bun on a hot plate before assembling.
6. Place the crispy chicken patty on the bun and layer with cucumber slices, tomato slices, and cheese. Finish by briefly heating the burger to melt the cheese.
7. Serve with potato chips and enjoy!

Preparation and Service
1. Begin by taking corn oil, egg white, chopped garlic, lemon juice, salt, and vinegar. Put these ingredients in a blender to create the garlic sauce.
2. Next, dice the chicken breast and marinate it with Arabic chili paste and salt. Once well-marinated, add the garlic sauce and let it sit for some time.
3. After marinating the chicken, thread it onto skewers and over barbecue coals. Once cooked, set it aside.
4. Prepare a dough using refined flour, milk, sugar, salt, and corn oil.
5. Once the dough is ready, portion it into medium-sized round balls. Roll out thin round bread (romali roti) from each of these dough balls and cook them on a hot plate.
6. Once the thin bread (romali roti) is cooked, spread some garlic sauce on it, place the shish tawook on top, wrap it, and heat it on the hot plate.
7. Prepare a mint chutney by blending fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves, salt, lemon juice, and chaat masala.
8. Serve the shish tawook sandwich with the mint chutney on the side. Enjoy your flavorful meal!
